A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

PELOTA — FREE & OPEN SOURCE 3D TENNIS

Time your shots. Spin the ball. Beat the CPU, or a friend on the same couch.

A free, open source 3D tennis game. No sign-up, no ads, no purchases, no internet needed.

Play a quick match, compete in a 128-player tournament, or practice against a ball machine. Challenge the CPU or grab a gamepad and play with a friend on the same computer.

WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT

• Easy to learn, hard to master. Three shot buttons and a direction. Then it is all about timing.

• Realistic tennis physics. Topspin, slice, kick serves, drop shots, net cords, and more.

• Broadcast-style presentation. A packed stadium, chair umpire, TV graphics, and camera cuts between points.

• Single-player and local multiplayer. Play against the CPU or share a keyboard and gamepads with a friend.

• A full tournament. Enter a 128-player draw, play your matches, or simulate them and watch the results unfold.

• Practice mode. Train against a ball machine and work on your shots.

• Five camera perspectives. Broadcast, elevated, courtside, overhead, and first-person views.

• Customizable performance. Graphics presets from low to ultra and adjustable crowd density.

• Free and open source. Play, study the code, modify the game, or contribute to its development.
